Poor Lucas has been in a horrible downward spiral on Days of Our Lives (DOOL) ever since his son was ‘killed’ two years ago. It’s only gotten worse since being dumped by Adrienne (even though it was really Bonnie). But, now there’s news that Will could be alive.
Of course, Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) can’t be trusted and therefore Kate feared looping Lucas in to the news. He’s about to hear anyway, so Soap Hub asked if learning this new will help him turn his life around – or will it end up destroying him?
It’s a Miracle!
Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) needs something to hang on to, so that’s why 78% of you believe this is just the news he needs to and get back on the wagon. Even if they don’t have any solid proof, just the slim hope will give Lucas purpose.
With that purpose, he can dedicate himself to finding out the truth about his son. Even if it turns out to be a wild goose chase, perhaps the search will take just long enough to remind Lucas why life is better when it’s seen through a sober pair of eyes.

Fragile Heart
Unfortunately, that means that 22% think the news will cause Lucas’s world to spin even further out of control. You don’t think anything can pull Lucas out of this spiral, least of all some kind of fake news delivered by the very same deranged soul who destroyed his life in the first place.
You know that Lucas is not in a good place and something like this could really flatten him. He’s been hanging on by a thread as it is, and while you wish this news could help him get back on the wagon, you just don’t see that happening anytime soon.
