For decades, nobody ever wondered who made the most dastardly villain on “Days of Our Lives”. Stefano DiMera won–hands down.
With Stefano dead, DAYS had to introduce a host of new and old villains to town and it’s sometimes hard to tell which one is worst. However, fans have a pretty good idea and let us know. When Soap Hub asked to pick the worst of today’s crop, you gave it a good shot.
Andre Stays True to Form
Of nearly 5,000 votes, 63% you think Andre (Thaao Penghlis) is the most evil of them all. And, of course, this makes sense. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree–especially the DiMera tree.
DAYS brought Andre back to take his place as the new Phoenix and he’s doing a bang up job so far. Andre has his hands in a host of evil plots, staying true to form now for more than three decades.

How Long Will Hope be Fooled?
A smaller 33% go with Aiden. There is nothing about Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove) that seems on the up and up, especially as you watch him plan and plot with Andre–and seemingly pull the wool over Hope’s eyes. You’re pretty sure he did indeed try to kill her that fateful wedding night, putting him in the Salem Villain Hall of Fame.
Can Deimos Give Victor a Run for His Money?
The final 3% think Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) is the bad guy to watch out for most. Since arriving in Salem, he’s poisoned Maggie (Suzanne Rogers), bed-hopped around, swindled his brother out of his fortune, and faked his death.
Nicole (Arianne Zucker) seems to be falling for him and Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) already has (along with Kate). While he romances the women, you know he has bad blood and there’s no telling what he will do.
