On Days Of Our Lives, Jordan is locked up and crazy, and Rafe is taking care of her baby — whose father has, up to this point, not been named.
So far, baby David has contributed to the break-up of Rafe (Galen Gering) and Hope’s (Kristian Alfonso) marriage. Women get so testy when their husbands become obsessed with an old girlfriend’s baby – go figure.
This led to Lani (Sal Stowers) becoming obsessed with the tot due to him sharing the same name as her lost son, and thinking she, Rafe, and David could be a family. That didn’t work out either.
And now David is a point of contention between Rafe and his Uncle Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) — just like in Spider-Man! Ben wants to spend time with David, but Rafe is objecting. Probably the serial killer thing. Should Rafe change his mind, just like Ben claims he’s changed? Over 6,000 fans played family court judge:
It’s as close as a Soap Hub poll can get to unanimous when 97% of the voters agree that yes, Ben should definitely have access to his nephew. If he’s well enough to be let out into society, to have a job, and if even Hope has come around to him dating Ciara (Victoria Konafel), then he can surely take a baby to the zoo for a couple of hours.
Ben is the child’s only blood relative in Salem. That we know of. Now, if Jordan (Chrishell Hartley) wants to make a confession about paternity, then that might change things…
Killer Bod
Only 3% of you are against any kind of visitation rights. You’re not buying Ben’s “all better” act and expect him to snap at any moment. That’s not the kind of person who should be around an innocent baby. Remember, Ben’s only parenting role model… is Clyde. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC.
