Groom-to-be Sonny has been a tad anxious on Days of Our Lives (DOOL) about his upcoming wedding to Paul.
Sonny and Paul haven’t discussed the elephant in the room: namely, Sonny’s past and unresolved feelings for Will. Lucas’s (Bryan Dattilo) drunken rampage at St. Luke’s brought everything to the surface, when he accused Sonny of abandoning his dead son and blamed him for Will’s death.
Soap Hub asked fans if you thought Sonny’s worries were normal pre-wedding jitters or something more. Here’s what some 4,300 of you had to say.

Some 46% of fans believe Sonny’s (Freddie Smith) worries are typical pre-wedding jitters. Many a groom, or bride for that matter, has feelings for an ex to contend with before exchanging “I Do’s” with someone new.

Once he and Paul talk things out, all will be fine and Sonny’s nervousness will subside. While Sonny will always hold a special place in his heart for Will (Chandler Massey), which Paul totally accepts, that chapter of his life will close and he’ll be free and ready to move on.
No, It’s Something More
Some 54% of you feel Sonny’s worries are more than just jitters. He may not really be over Will or his feelings of guilt over not being there for him before he was murdered.
Sonny realizes that Will casts a shadow over his relationship with Paul (Christopher Sean) and that they’ll never be truly happy until he can make peace with his past with Will. The question is, will Sonny be able to actually do it?
