Last month, Days of Our Lives Executive Producer Ken Corday confirmed the return of actress Leann Hunley as Anna DiMera. As longtime fans know, both Tony and Andre DiMera loved this woman through the years.

Of course, Andre was the more unhinged DiMera and his love bordered on obsession. With Andre being the one alive, expect scenes between the two soon after her arrival early next year.

Actor Thaao Penghlis tweeted news of their latest scenes together late last week. He told fans to expect some trademark humor between the him and Hunley.

When Andre and Anna first got together in the 1980s, Anna believed the man she was with was her beloved Tony. Andre later “died” in quick sand after the pair (and other Salemites) ended up plane wrecked on a deserted island.
