There’s no place like home. All Hortons and Bradys end up returning to Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) sooner or later. Many even after they’ve been declared dead (what’s that, Will?).
Hope’s (Kristian Alfonso) nest is feeling pretty empty these days. Shawn-Douglas is away, and his daughter, Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan), isn’t filling the gap (especially when the show goes out of its way to keep the fact that Hope is a grandma to a teen on the down-low). Is it time to bring her baby girl, Ciara, home?
All Is Forgiven
We’re waiting, beg 74% of you. Ciara’s loss is really being felt. Hope is spending all her time with Rafe (Galen Garing), Theo (Kyler Pettis) is back under Claire’s spell, and there are some cute new boys in town Ciara should really meet.
But, most importantly, she’s a Brady and a Horton (and a Williams, too) and she belongs in Salem!
Considering how well-woven she is into the canvas, there are dozens of stories she could take part in. Ciara is a teen you actually want to see!
What Have You Got In Mind?
It depends what the story would be, hedge a more cautious 21%. Ciara’s rape at her stepbrother Chase’s hands was extremely unpopular, and left a bad taste in many viewers’ mouths.
Her aborted romance with Theo didn’t help. If you’re going to bring Ciara home, you better have something more interesting for her to do than to be a self-pitying victim.
Keep Out!
No, protest 5% of the audience! You watch DAYS for the vets, not the kids who are still learning to act on the job. Whiny teens aren’t entertaining, and Ciara was one of the worst offenders.
The canvas is so full now with characters and stories you actually care about — Ciara would take away from that.
Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
