On Days of our Lives, it is a given that Bonnie lies. We don’t mean cheats on her diet kind of lies or says you look good in that skirt what you don’t kind of lies. We don’t even mean lies on her taxes or to people conducting polls or about her age.

We mean throws an innocent woman into jail and takes over her life and divorces her husband kind of lies. The really bad kind. A majority 55% may be able to forgive Abigail (Marci Miller) for killing Andre (Thaao Penghlis), Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) for being a serial killer, and Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) for a lifetime of murder and mayhem, but you will never, ever be able to forgive Bonnie for telling lies.

And you don’t think Justin (Wally Kurth) should either. Justin may have told Jack (Matthew Ashford) that he likes Bonnie. She makes him laugh. And she donated all the money Justin won her for her book to a breast cancer charity in Adrienne’s honor. That’s all fine and good, you say. Laugh and appreciate. But don’t trust her. Ever.

A slightly smaller 45% of the audience, on the other hand, is ready to embrace the new and improved Bonnie. It’s not just the sincere regret and the hefty donation. It’s the fact that Bonnie is genuinely trying to be a good person.
