Nick Pickard is a British film, television, and theater actor who is best known for playing the character of Tony Hutchinson on Hollyoaks for over 20 years.

Who Is Nick Pickard?
Pickard was born on May 27 in Surrey, England. He attended both the Sylvia Young Theatre School and the Corona Theatre School while growing up and got his start working in theater. He then made his movie debut in 1987 in Mio in the Land of Faraway, which also starred a young Christian Bale.
His first role on a soap opera was playing a homeless boy on EastEnders. He then got the part of Tony Hutchinson on Hollyoaks and has since become the longest-running cast member.
Pickard won the British Soap Award for Outstanding Achievement in 2017 for playing the soap role for 22 years. This moment was not only a big deal for Pickard, but it was the first time an actor or actress from Hollyoaks received the Outstanding Achievement award.
Along with his acting career, Pickard has also appeared on reality TV. While a lot of British soap stars go off to do Strictly Come Dancing, Pickard decided to compete on Celebrity MasterChef in 2011, where he actually reached the final! However, he lost to rugby player Phil Vickery.
