Kieron Richardson is an English actor and reality show star who is best known for appearing as Steven ‘Ste’ Hay in Hollyoaks for over a decade.

He was born on January 12 in Eccles, Manchester, England, which is also where he was raised. He attended the Manchester School of Acting.
Soap Career
After appearing in the spinoff Hollyoaks: In the City, Richardson was cast as Steven ‘Ste’ Hay in Hollyoaks. He initially appeared for 19 episodes and was written out of the show, but he ended up returning in 2007 as a regular cast member. He won Best On-Screen Partnership with his co-star, Emmett J. Scanlan, at the British Soap Awards in 2013.

Reality Show Stint
Along with his acting career, Richardson has also tried his hand at reality TV. He was cast on ITV’s Dancing on Ice in 2010 and was paired with Brianne Delcourt. The pair made it all the way to the finals, but they ended up finishing in third place.

He publicly came out as gay in September 2010 and then married his long-term partner, Carl Hyland, in April 2015. The couple welcomed twins — a son and a daughter — in 2017.
