Weddings have always been a staple on soaps and The Bold And The Beautiful is no exception! Ridge proposed to Caroline in the first episode but it took them almost three years to tie the knot! But another duo is waiting even longer, it seems!
We’re talking about lovable, eccentric couple Pamela Douglas and Charlie Webber, played, respectively, by Alley Mills and Dick Christie! The pair are a vital component of BB and are examples that there can be romance after the age of 29!
Christie made the scene on BB in 2013 as Charlie, a well-intentioned if not terribly efficient security guard. A romance with unlucky-in-love Pamela Douglas developed, and the two have talked about marriage.
Soap Hub asked BB fans if they think that Pam and Charlie will ever wed. Read on for the results!
I Do, I Do
Just under 90% of you say, yes, you want Charlie and Pam to tie the knot. If nothing else, viewers would get to see the under-used Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) for the day as he has the credentials to officiate the ceremony, which in budget-conscious times would likely take place in the Forrester living room — to the chagrin of Quinn (Rena Sofer!).

In all seriousness, wouldn’t it be nice to see Pam get some happiness? She lived most of her life in big sister Stephanie’s (Susan Flannery) shadow. Charlie’s a good guy and he and Pam are adorable together!
When Life Hands You Lemon (Bars)
