Viewers of The Bold and the Beautiful just saw Brooke’s wedding to Ridge. Whether or not it’s her last wedding remains to be seen, but veteran B&B fans recall her first nuptials – and they weren’t to Ridge!
The year was 1991 and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) had fallen in love with Eric (John McCook) after moving on from Ridge (then Ronn Moss). Eric and Brooke shared a child, Eric. Jr., who’d later be called Rick (Jacob Young).
After Stephanie (Susan Flannery) finally agreed to divorce Eric, he and Brooke were free to marry.
They decided to have their ceremony in Palm Springs. The guest list was small, mostly family. Eric asked Thorne to be his best man only he became ill shortly before the ceremony, leaving Eric no other choice than to have Ridge stand beside him.

Stephanie, dressed in black, decided to attend the ceremony, perhaps hoping it wouldn’t actually occur.
Poor Eric should have paid more attention to that telling look between his bride and his son when Ridge stepped up to hand the couple their rings. It said that their love story was far from over.
But this wedding day belonged to Eric and Brooke. After the reception, the couple took off for a hot air balloon ride to tour Palm Springs and begin their new life together!
