Jennifer Gareis speaks for many when she talks about longing for a day when people can hug each other once again. The Bold and the Beautiful star recently shared a photo of a time not that long ago when people didn’t wear masks and didn’t social-distance themselves from one another.
Jennifer Gareis Just Wants To Hug
“#tbt to a time when we could be close,” Gareis shared on Instagram. “I miss hugging my @boldandbeautifulcbs girls! #precovidmemories @bbheathertom @annikanoelle @ashleyaubra #logangirls.”
Eagle-eyed BB fans can tell that the four Logan women are at Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) home and they’re all dressed for Hope’s (Annika Noelle) wedding to Liam (Scott Clifton) in 2018.
The Logan family has been around since The Bold and the Beautiful’s premiere on March 23, 1987. Katie (then-Nancy Sloan) dealt with teen angst over having acne and fearing she’d never find a boyfriend. Donna (then-Carrie Mitchum) was more self-assured and encouraged Rocco (Bryan Genesse) to date her then-awkward younger sister, but Rocco only had eyes for Donna.
In 1992, on New Year’s Eve, Bridget was born. Initially, Brooke believed that Ridge — not Eric (John McCook) — was the dad. A few years later, a mysterious letter allegedly written by Brooke’s doctor confessed that the lab tests had been altered. A new round of labs was ordered and the shocking truth came out — Eric is Bridget’s pop!
Hope was born in 2002, the product of a passionate affair Brooke had with her then-son-in-law Deacon Sharp (Sean Kanan). Brooke and Deacon’s dynamic nearly ruined Brooke’s relationship with Bridget (Ashley Jones). In time, Bridget was able to move past what had happened.
Despite the conflicts and drama, the Logan women have endured, they always find a way to support one another, hence them all attending Hope and Liam’s wedding. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for airtimes.
