There’s an old saying that goes “Be careful what you wish for — it might come true!” That expression may come to haunt Quinn, who has wanted her pal Shauna to land Ridge as a husband.
Now, that has come true courtesy of Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Shauna (Denise Richards) tying the knot during their sojourn to Las Vegas. Quinn (Rena Sofer) has been sitting back, enjoying watching the drama unfold. But what if there’s more drama to come that doesn’t exactly benefit her?
A Free Brooke?
If Shauna manages to keep Ridge as her legal spouse, that’s going to not only cause Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) much turmoil, it’ll put her on the market! And who might support Brooke during this difficult time? How about her ex-husband Eric (John McCook), who happens to be Quinn’s current mate?

Veteran BB viewers know that Eric’s always had a fondness for Brooke. He fell in love with her after Ridge wed Caroline (Joanna Johnson). They kept their relationship and the fact that Brooke was pregnant (with Rick, Jacob Young) from Stephanie (Susan Flannery). Eventually, Eric and Steph’s marriage was dissolved, enabling Eric and Brooke to marry.
So Much Story Potential
The honeymoon was over though when Brooke and Ridge discovered BeLieF. Ecstatic over their discovery, the two made love, essentially ending Brooke and Eric’s marriage. Still, that didn’t stop Eric from years later marrying Brooke again after Ridge dumped Brooke so he could reunite with a back-from-the-dead Taylor, fulfilling a “dying” Stephanie’s fondest wish.
Again, Eric and Brooke’s marriage didn’t last, but he said to her once, “know that you’ll always have me.” What better revenge could Brooke take against Quinn than to seduce Eric away from her?
