The Bold and the Beautiful Recaps: Monday, August 30
Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) raked John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) over the coals for allowing Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) to hold their newborn…Finn tried to explain his untenable position, but Steffy remained unmoved; Finn admitted that he wanted to see Sheila – his birth mother – one final time…Once Steffy made a plea for privacy, Finn moved into the guest house.
Jack Finnegan (Ted King) tore into Sheila for both causing division in Finn and Steffy’s marriage, and for still being in Los Angeles when she promised to leave town…Sheila informed Jack that she won’t be leaving any time soon; when he balked, she threatened to out him as Finn’s biological father.
Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz) extended Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) an invitation to move in with him; she declines, then waxes lyrical about Finn, Steffy, and their marriage; Zende is perturbed by Paris’s seeming hero-worship of Finn.
Bold and Beautiful Recaps: Tuesday, August 31
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) paid Steffy a visit and told her about Eric Forrester (John McCook) and Quinn Fuller Forrester’s (Rena Sofer) reconciliation. She, in turn, relayed Sheila’s intrusion, and her interaction with Hayes; Ridge is furious, especially when he hears about Jack’s involvement…An aggravated Steffy cursed the fact that Finn shared the same DNA as Sheila, then sobbed in Ridge’s arms.
Paris happened upon Finn in the guest house; he explained the situation to her, and Paris made clear that she understands Finn’s position…Quinn attempted to engineer a romantic evening between herself and Eric, but her efforts were all for naught.
B&B Recaps: Wednesday, September 1
Steffy requested Finn’s company at the main house, which he takes as a positive sign. He makes yet another apology for allowing Sheila to hold their baby – which Steffy accepts; she then drops a bombshell: she won’t be going to the courthouse to file their marriage certificate.

Paris recounted Sheila’s visit with Hayes to Zende; she then confided that she’s concerned about Finn and Steffy’s marriage…Quinn and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) had an awkward cross at Forrester Creations; Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) wasn’t pleased to find the two in conversation, and he warned his mother not to do anything that would jeopardize her reunion with Eric…Carter admitted that he misses Quinn.
B&B: Thursday, September 2
Much like Wyatt before her, Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) isn’t happy to find Quinn and Carter engaged in conversation…During a private confab, Shauna urged Quinn to admit what was so obviously bothering her; Quinn revealed that Eric is struggling with erectile dysfunction.
Paris lent Finn a sympathetic ear; after voicing the opinion that Steffy is overreacting to the situation, Paris makes it clear that she is firmly on Finn’s side…Steffy stunned Ridge when she admitted that she refused to file her and Finn’s marriage license. By the end of their heart-to-heart, she’s gained some perspective and declares her intention to reunite with Finn.
The Bold and Beautiful Recaps: Friday, September 3
Sheila privately fumed about what she saw as Steffy’s unfair treatment of her…Finn arrived at the cliff house and issued yet another apology to Steffy; he makes a solemn vow to exercise Sheila from his life; Steffy and Finn happily reunited.
Quinn and Shauna retired to the Forrester estate to continue their conversation about Eric’s inability to perform his marital duties…Ridge and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) make an attempt to dissuade Eric from reentering his marriage to Quinn; he warns them to keep their opinions to themselves, then hurries out the door…Eric returns to the manse and eavesdrops on Quinn and Shauna; he hears Quinn admit that she’s prepared to forgo intimacy in order to stay married to Eric.
Sheila spied on Steffy and Finn, then let herself into the house once Steffy took her leave; Finn warned Sheila away, and refused her request for him to call her mother; in retaliation, Sheila feigns unconsciousness, then listens to Finn inform the 9-1-1 dispatcher that his mother has collapsed.
