The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, May 11, 2020, features a sudsy rewind to October 29, 1997. The Forrester Creations team hits the runway for a make-it-or-break-it show that will change their lives forever.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights
Stephanie’s (Susan Flannery) precious company was sinking and she and Eric (John McCook) were trying to save it. They prepared for her show in Lake Como and prayed their fashions would be enough to keep them going.
Ridge (then-Ronn Moss) was also on edge. He and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) took a few minutes to moan, gripe, and pray. They hoped everything would work out because if it didn’t, it could be the end of the company forever.
Sally and Lauren: Show Crashers
Sally Spectra (Darlene Conley) and her sidekick Lauren (Tracey Bregman) were in the audience. They were hoping the show would be an epic fail so their own fashion house would shine. Heck, even if it was a hit they weren’t wasting their time. They would just steal the designs!
That wasn’t the only reason Lauren was there, though. She was very much in love with Eric and hoping to catch his eye. Unfortunately for her, it seemed like he only had eyes for Stephanie.
Lights, Camera, Stomp the Runway!
By the time the models were ready, Eric was in knots. He gave his team a go-get-em speech and tried to pump them up. Everything was riding on the models and outfits being wildly successful.
It was a slow start and Eric worried his designs were epic flops. No applause, no “wows”, and he didn’t even get very many smiles. The show was a nightmare.
Thankfully, everyone perked up when the dresses came out. The more elaborate the gown, the louder the audience became. The frocks were a hit and the showstopper took everyone’s breath away. Forrester was back, baby! The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
