The Bold and the Beautiful recap for July 16, 2020, flashes back to Wyatt and Hope’s 2014 romance. They are young, falling in love, and ready for more. At the same time, Brooke fought for her man and asked him to make a commitment.

Hope (then-Kim Matula) is done with Liam and all about Wyatt (Darin Brooks) now. The couple enjoys each other on a secluded beach and it’s a soft and sweet change for Hope. She doesn’t have to compete for Wyatt’s affection and basked in being someone’s one and only.
Brooke Made Ridge Uncomfortable
Meanwhile, meddling mama Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) fumed her daughter didn’t end up with Liam. Rick (Jacob Young) stopped his mom from spiraling and brought her attention to much more important things, like her own love life.
Brooke shifted her focus just in time. Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) was over with Katie (Heather Tom) and things were getting flirty. Katie’s having a rough time with Bill, Ridge isn’t sure where he stands with Brooke, and their connection runs deep.

When Brooke called and found out Ridge is at her sister’s home she rushes over to set the record straight. She wants her man back and even presents her engagement ring and asks him to put it on her finger. Ridge was stunned, Katie was stunned, and Brooke waited for his answer.
Quinn’s Plot Began To Backfire
At the same time, another meddling mama, Quinn (Rena Sofer) butters up Pam (Alley Mills) with lunch and a Beverly Hills shopping trip. Pam thinks Quinn is looking for a friend, but she’s way too trusting. Quinn doesn’t want a bestie — she wants a scapegoat and Pam is just the person to bring into her scheme.
Quinn’s little scheme almost came to a screeching halt when they got back to the office. Charlie (Dick Christie) was there waiting and was not pleased to see Pam getting chummy with the baddie. He tried to drop a bomb about Wyatt but Quinn interrupted him before he could get the words out. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
