The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) recap for January 19 features the stunning truth about Steffy finally coming out in LA.
The Devastating Truth
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) deeply regrets her actions, but whatever it is Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) said he could never love her less. First, Steffy let Ridge know her good news that he’s going to be a grandpa, which of course thrilled him despite his daughter’s obvious problems.
Unfortunately, she also had to tell him that Liam (Scott Clifton) left, and it’s for good. In fact, Liam took off his ring and he gave her annulment papers (sound familiar?). Plus, it’s all her fault.
Still, Ridge struggled to understand, but soon, he realized that Steffy cheated. “Who’s the guy?” Ultimately, Steffy let the hammer drop. She admits slept with Bill (Don Diamont) — his nemesis and Ridge began to lose it.
Leave It Alone
Meanwhile, at Spencer, Bill reminisced about his torrid romp with his daughter-in-law when Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) strolled in. She rightly guessed his thoughts were on the woman who caused him to so easily sign the annulment papers — she believes he’s replaced her with a new “love.”
Clearly, they both managed to move on from their broken vows. When Bill wasn’t forthcoming about the latest on his love life, Brooke turned the conversation to Liam Steffy’s marriage trouble.

Bill admitted he knows, but he said he thinks they should all stay out of the couple’s problems (obviously). Brooke didn’t agree at all, and ultimately she was surprised to learn that Liam wasn’t staying with his father.
Blast From The Past
At his hotel, a hurting Liam received an unexpected text from Hope (Annika Noelle). She let him know she’s back in LA and remembering his marriage’s recent demise he gave her his location. Later, Hope showed up with a hug, and ultimately, after some small talk, she told him Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) told her about his problems
She offered him a supportive shoulder should he need one anytime soon. Given the disastrous state of his life, he may take Hope up on her offer be sooner rather than later, which is obviously exactly what she wants.
