The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, April 19 features Liam trying to find a balance between being a husband and father and Thomas slowly getting into Hope’s head.
Sally’s Home!
Sally (Courtney Hope) comes home to the aftermath of an overwhelming amount of drama. Phoebe’s mom wasn’t just Wyatt’s ex, she was also Hope’s cousin. What were the odds? Oh, and she was definitely sticking around? Well, that was great news, too.
Helpful Advice
Thankfully, Liam (Scott Clifton) showed up with a whole new set of problems so Sally had something else concentrate on.
Liam could feel his marriage falling apart and needs help. Even before he came to the beach house, Hope (Annika Noelle) was trying to push him into a Europe trip. It was a huge red flag. He was at a loss.
Much to his surprise, the advice he got was right in line with Hope. Sally thought Liam should take a trip and spend time with the girls. Maybe space was exactly what Hope needs.

Sadly, Liam had no idea just how bad things really were at home. No sooner did he leave than Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) and Douglas showed up.
Hope was overjoyed to see the little boy and have Thomas to lean on. They sent the kid out to play and talked about Hope’s guilt. She cannot shake the feeling she was keeping a family apart.
Thomas agreed with Hope — Liam should be in Paris with the girls. And, he didn’t just say that to defend Steffy. He moved across the country to be with his son and Liam should be there for Kelly.
Of course, Thomas’ support was less about being true than being a snake. If he could get Liam out of the way, he had a shot at getting Hope all for himself. She was clearly becoming an obsession and he was not giving up.
