Hope (Annika Noelle) reached her breaking point with her sullen and sulky husband. She put her foot down and demanded to know exactly what was going on. No more talking in circles, Liam. Spit it out!
A Truly Shocking Confession
Liam tried to cover again by saying his affair was haunting him and he was afraid of losing his family. Hope didn’t buy it, especially after their night of passion. Nothing could ever come between them again.
Liam finally broke down. He told Hope the most important bits and pieces of his nightmare life. He confessed he was responsible for Vinny’s death. He was driving the car. Hope was stunned and horrified.

A Very High Horse, Indeed
Meanwhile, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) continued gossiping about her daughter’s love life. First with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and then with Flo (because why not give the inside scoop to the person Hope hates the most). Flo (Katrina Bowden) hopes her cousin and Liam find happiness again.
A Powerhouse Showdown
At the same time, fireworks exploded over at Spencer. Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) swung by Bill’s office on his way to see the publicity team. The mag was doing a feature on him (which Bill did not know because why would he? He only owns the company).
They slung some insults and Bill took the opportunity to warn Thomas to steer clear of Hope. No problem, Thomas said. He wants what Hope wants and if she’s happy with Liam then so be it.
Thomas then swerved into a conversation about Vinny. The scene made Bill visibly uncomfortable but he passed it off as his disdain for Thomas and his friend. Why would the police waste their time on a lowlife like Vinny? Thomas vowed to find the person who killed his friend no matter what it takes. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS.
