The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Wednesday, September 25, 2019, features a heartbreaking day for Katie’s loved ones. Her condition was getting worse by the minute and it will take a miracle to save her.
Bold Recap Highlights
Poor Katie (Heather Tom) woke up to the sound of Bill’s (Don Diamont) voice and the sight of his tears. He broke the news gently that she was sick, in the hospital, and things were grim. Kate was shocked, especially to hear just how fast things fell apart. She was fine just days ago and now she is in for the fight of her life.
More phone calls were made and Katie’s loved ones ran to her side. She is dying and the clock is ticking to save her. Ironically her heart transplant medications have ruined her kidneys causing her to need another transplant.

Dr. Armstrong (Vincent Irizarry) made it clear a new kidney was Katie’s only hope. Thankfully, she has two loving sisters ready to go under the knife. The family prayed one of them would be a match.

Quinn (Rena Sofer) was appalled that her son proposed but even more upset that she wasn’t asked to design the ring. Of course, she was delighted to learn he didn’t give her one. That means Wyatt (Darin Brooks) really wasn’t planning on popping the question at all. Wyatt corrected her but she wasn’t listening.
