The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, July 15, 2021, focused on the aftermath of betrayal. Carter dropped a bomb on Quinn, Bill raged, and Justin Barber offered up his old boss on a silver platter.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) just gave birth days ago but she was back in action at the office. She, her dad, and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) checked in with Thomas (Matthew Atkinson). The designer was doing pretty good considering he was living in a cage after Vinny’s suicide bombshell.
Justin Played Very, Very Dirty
Brooke and Steffy didn’t stay long and left the men to talk. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) was proud of his son. Thomas admitted he was still pretty shaken. No sooner did Ridge try to comfort his boy than Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) arrived.
Justin asked Thomas Forrester to not press charges, which was a laughable request – until Justin offered a deal. He was the person who knows Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) better than anyone in the world and would spill ALL the tea if the Forrester men let him go free.

Bill Learned A Hard Lesson
Over at the Spencer office, Bill was happy to be back with Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and his boys but still raged about his best friend’s betrayal. How dare Justin go against him and leave him locked up? Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) was furious. They all agreed Justin would never have a place in their family or lives again.
Carter Walton Broke News to Quinn Fuller
Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) got a surprise when Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) came knocking. He was so excited he even forgot to put on a shirt. Quinn drank it all in before getting down to business. She asked him to become her lawyer.
Quinn was shocked when he said no and even more stunned to hear he was still on Eric Forrester’s payroll. She also understood this was his way to get a second chance. At least one of them got one, right?
