The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Hope and Beth’s Lives Are In Danger!

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, January 3 features the rush to get Liam to Catalina Island. Hope’s labor continued to progress, and Liam faced a race against the clock to be by her side.

A Dangerous Flight
The windstorm raged on, nearly destroying Liam’s (Scott Clifton) chances of getting to the island. Thankfully, the Spencer pilot had been through worse and rushed him into the helicopter.

The duo flew through the night praying for a safe trip while Bill (Don Diamont) broke the news to Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). The good news is their granddaughter is on her way. The bad news is they can’t be there with her.

A Living Nightmare
The only person with Hope (Annika Noelle) was Dr. Buckingham (Wayne Brady). The roads were still closed, the hospital was still shrouded in darkness, and Hope took a dangerous turn for the worse.

There was no stopping the labor and it was time for Hope to push. She was exhausted, strained, and stressed – adding fuel to an already terrible fire. She did her best but it wasn’t enough. She went into distress and ended up comatose after a particularly harsh contraction.

Hope’s life is on the line and now her daughter’s is too.

A Very Real Threat
Sadly, Hope isn’t the only woman Reese was worried about. His own daughter is in grave danger.

His bookie was stalking Zoe (Kiara Barnes) and threatened to take her out if the money doesn’t come in. Reese has mere minutes to save Hope and mere days to save his own family.

It’ll take drastic measures to get Dr. Buckingham out of this mess, and he’s willing to go as low as he can possibly go.

The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
