The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, June 8, 2020, took fans back to the very beginning. It was March 23, 1987, when viewers were first introduced to the Forresters, Logans, and Spencer families.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights
It was showtime at Forrester and the FC men were busy bees backstage. Eric (John McCook) was putting the finishing touches on his couture line and sending out the models, Ridge (Ronn Moss) was doubting his dad’s decision making, and Thorne (Clayton Norcross) was trying to keep everyone on the same page.
Fashion Wars
Things got rough when the Ridge and Eric faced off. Eric was proud of his new creations but Ridge thought it needed sex appeal. Why give women what they want when it should be about what men want to see? Eric put Ridge in his place. Women were the ones spending the money.
Love Games
The designs weren’t the only thing getting Ridge hot under the collar. He got a call from Caroline (Joanna Johnson) inviting him over, followed immediately with a ring from her dad. Bill Spencer Sr (Jim Storm) was not happy the dressmaker was dating his daughter.
That didn’t stop Ridge from showing up at Caroline’s door. He wanted what he wanted and that was all that mattered to him. She wanted him too, but she was not risking it if he was not willing to commit. To have her, he’d have to marry her. So, Ridge proposed just that. Marry me, Caroline, he said.
Brooke Was A Fighter
Over at the Logan house, Katie (Nancy Sloan) was dreaming of romance when her fantasy was cut short by a frantic Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). The college girl came home all beat up and she was quite a mess.
Thankfully, her cop friend, Dave was on the way. He showed up to wipe her tears and get the full scoop. She was attacked by a man and his goons who tried to kidnap her. They attacked her in broad daylight and tried to wrestle her into a van. Luckily, she was able to fight them off and get away. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS.
