Newlywed Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) was on cloud nine — almost literally. She and hubby Eric (John McCook) took a romantic hot air balloon ride to the middle of the desert. He lost his map but that didn’t matter, he knew where he was going. They landed in the sand and set out on the second leg of their journey.
That Night In The Desert
Brooke was treated to a romantic horseback ride to get to their final destination. Good thing she was wearing riding clothes. Style and function have always been her way! The horses took them to a romantic oasis retreat.

Eric and Brooke spent their first night as husband and wife glamping in a luxury yurt with all the modern conveniences of a five-star hotel. It was all so beautiful and sweet Brooke couldn’t help cry tears of joy as she and Eric took to the bed. This was the life dreams were made of and she was ready for all of it.
Stephanie: A Woman Scorned
Back in LA, Stephanie (Susan Flannery) and Ridge (then Ron Moss) licked their wounds and tried to make sense of their new reality. The loves of their lives were married to each other and they each had to move on. It wasn’t a rough concept for Ridge since he had a wife but Stephanie was left with no one. She vowed to win her man back.
Brooke may be young, stunning, sexy, and flawless, but she was a girl from the other side of the tracks. Stephanie was sure the marriage wouldn’t last. There were too many differences, not to mention their massive age gap. Eric was told enough to be her father! Men simply didn’t stay with their tartlets. They always came home one day.
