The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, August 27, 2020, features Brooke going all out to save her relationship, Katie giving up on Bill’s love, and Shauna wondering what was coming next.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights
Over at Spencer Publications, Quinn (Rena Sofer) gave Bill (Don Diamont) a good talking to. If he wanted Brooke, he had to go back and fight for her. He balked. She was with Ridge. But, no, Bill, she’s not, Quinn countered. She saw Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) go right up to bed with Shauna (Denise Richards) with her own eyes.
Katie Had Her Say
Little did they know, Katie (Heather Tom) was right outside the door. Once Quinn left, she came in and confronted Bill about running to Brooke. How dare he betray her again! Katie was there to put their family back together, but not now. It was clear Brooke would always be a factor in their marriage. He didn’t really want her, he wanted her sister.
Bill tried to fight for Katie but it did no good. She was right. Bill loved her but it was not enough for him to control himself. Bill would never truly be hers.

Who Do You Really Love?
Shauna (Denise Richards) made a quick exit and left Ridge to talk to his ex. Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) called the scene into question. What was going on here? Is this exactly what it looked like?
Ridge laid into Brooke with a vengeance. He made it clear he heard what Bill said to Brooke, and what she said to him (of course, he didn’t hear the whole thing). Brooke was confused and the more she tried to explain herself, the angrier Ridge became. There was no excuse for Brooke telling Bill she loved him.
Brooke tried to set the record straight. Yes, she told Bill she loved him but there was more to that story. She loved him as a friend (the same way Ridge loved Taylor) but it was not the same way she loved Ridge.
What’s Next?
Meanwhile, Quinn returned home to find a very worried Shauna in the living room. The besties wondered what was going on upstairs and where Ridge would be spending the night. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
