The Bold and the Beautiful recap (BB) for Tuesday, July 31 features a bombshell end to a shocking month. Bill gave Steffy the ultimate surprise, Ridge went after Liam, and Hope consoled her daughter (again).
Truth and Consequences
Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) stormed the beach house and flipped his lid on Liam (Scott Clifton). He blamed the entire Bill (Don Diamont) fiasco on Liam’s indiscretions, starting with what happened with Sally.
Every time Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) trusted him Liam broke her heart, can he blame her for ending up in another man’s arms?
Liam’s inability to stay faithful has destroyed Steffy. He begged Liam to fix their relationship before it’s too late and she makes the mistake of marrying Dollar Bill.
Over at Brooke’s mansion, she and her daughter were having their own chat. Hope (Annika Noelle) filled her mom in on Steffy’s shocking move.
The news of Steffy and Bill’s new relationship was stunning but Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) was more interested in what comes next for Hope and Liam. If Steffy becomes the next Mrs. Bill Spencer then nothing’s stopping Hope from becoming Mrs. Liam Spencer.

As far as Brooke’s concerned, everything is working out the way it should. Fate has intervened and paved a clear path for Hope’s happiness.
Gift and Proposals
Meanwhile, Steffy was summoned to the Spencer Estate. Bill had a few surprises for her, including a brand new beautiful nursery.
It’s a room of any mother’s dreams with anything Kelly could ever want or need. The touching effort took Steffy’s breath away, but not as much as what happened next.
What’s hanging on the coat rack in the room was even more shocking. Bill commissioned a wedding dress for Steffy and wants to get married right away. And, by right away he means RIGHT NOW. He’s not willing to wait one more day.
