The Bold and the Beautiful recap (BB) for Wednesday, July 4 featured an Independence Day no one will ever forget – least of all Liam and Hope!
Another Threat Against Hope
Liam (Scott Clifton) vowed to work around the clock to find out who’s threatening Hope (Annika Noelle),, especially since another awful message has come in. The team needs to determine if the texts are from the same person, where they originate, and who wrote them!
A Pregnant Pause
In the main office, Hope (Annika Noelle) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) celebrated the baby news. Sure, Hope’s betting on Liam wanting to be involved but either way, she’s keeping her baby. Hope is going to let the cards fall how they may and wish for the best in this situation – no matter what “the best” ends up looking like.
An American Love Story
At the beach house, Sally (Courtney Hope) puts together an impromptu 4th of July party for two – herself and Wyatt (Darin Brooks). The couple realized they’re moving fast but see no reason to put on the brakes. Their lives are better with each other around and they can’t wait to see how their future plays out.
An Unfortunate Turn of Events
Over at the Cliff house, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) shared the good news with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) that she’s finally ready to take the plunge and walk down the aisle. Her life is finally how she wants it to be and things are calm enough now to take the next step. Of course, Ridge was over the moon. Unfortunately, his joy didn’t last long.

When Ridge shared Steffy’s news with Brooke he definitely didn’t get the response he was hoping. In fact, she revealed a massive roadblock to his daughter’s happiness – her daughter’s pregnant and it’s Liam’s baby! The bombshell rendered Ridge speechless as he realized Steffy’s life isn’t so stable after all.
I’m Pregnant
Back at Forrester, Hope asked Liam for a minute alone and tried to get the words out to tell him she’s pregnant but she didn’t get through her speech fast enough. Within minutes, the HFTF crew were pulling them outside to watch the fireworks.
It didn’t take long before Hope pulled Liam away from the crowd and took him to the rooftop. She broke down and put her heart on her sleeve and told him how much she loves him, wants to be with him, and shared her baby news. While Liam was shaken and in obvious shock, he did at least pull Hope to him and held her while he processed what she just said.
