The Bold and the Beautiful recap (BB) for Friday, October 20 focuses on the end of a war and beginning of a new era at Spencer Publications.
Out Of Sorts
Liam (Scott Clifton) was shocked when he sat at his desk to find a few things out of place. Something was missing but he couldn’t quite figure out what. It’s too bad because had he noticed he would have been more prepared for what came next.
Backfired Blackmail
The stolen item was now in Bill (Don Diamont) and Justin’s possession. Not only had they erased Liam’s phone and computer files but they now have the only known copy of Bill’s damning confession.
Having Liam’s (Scott Clifton) flash drive gave Bill everything he needs to get his company back. With his future in his hands, he couldn’t wait to get the office and shut down his son’s mess. However, storming the office like a maniac wasn’t in the cards.

Shut Down On The Spot
As much as Bill tried to be a ball of fury, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was quick to shut him down. Sure, Liam’s blackmail tactics were underhanded but it was Bill who started the whole mess. His obsession with Spectra sent him over the edge more than once and he deserved to suffer some consequences.
A New Beginning
Steffy’s tongue lashing put things into perspective for both men. They both saw it was time to bury the hatchet and find a way to run the company together. It was with forgiveness and respect the men agreed to move into the future side by side.
Out Of The Loop
Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it), Bill’s other son missed all the drama. Instead of checking into the office, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) went to check on Katie (Heather Tom). It was only after some passiom he learned about Bill’s victory at Spencer.
