The Bold and The Beautiful recap (BB) for Wednesday, August 8 features Bill (Don Diamont) pleading with Liam (Scott Clifton) for forgiveness, but it’s all a ruse to set the scene for his next victim.
Bill and Liam Have a Showdown
When Liam showed up at Bill’s doorstep, he was a little surprised to see him there but invited him in regardless.
They began ruminating on life, and Liam gloated that Bill’s personal life is in shambles, but hey, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) let Bill have it and Liam is very proud of her for that, thank you very much.
Bill then pleaded with Liam to show him mercy and forgiveness, but Liam is unmoved. Liam then suggested that Bill find someone his own age and not someone who’s given birth to his grandchild. Ouch!
But Bill wouldn’t be known as “Dollar Bill” without having another victim at the ready, and since Liam has become like his father, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) has his guard up, and Steffy is off-limits, he’s going to have to look elsewhere.
Xander and Zoe Got Close, and Emma Got Jealous
Meanwhile, right after it was revealed that Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) hired Zoe (Kiara Barnes) as a model, Xander (Adain Bradley) was asked how he feels about it.
Xander said that he’s okay with everything since he and Zoe had a thing in the past but not anymore.
But that all changed when Zoe called Xander about her ailing (and ultimately dead) cat, Harry. After Harry died unexpectedly, Xander comforted Zoe, and ultimately never returned to the office.
This failure to return to the office triggered jealous feelings in Emma (Nia Sioux), prompting the adults in the room to inform her that adult relationships are complicated. Surely, this will only get worse when Zoe and Pam (Alley Mills) bond over their beloved pets.
