The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Wednesday, May 27, 2020, features Betty White stealing the show with her portrayal of Stephanie’s mother, Ann. It was a rewind to February 27, 2007, and the Douglas women were in quite a brawl.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights
Ann (Betty White) was in LA and determined to stay. She was quite comfortable in the Forrester guesthouse and told her daughter so. Stephanie fumed but Ann knew she had Eric (John McCook) on her side. The ladies had it out over where Ann would live and what Ann really thought of her eldest daughter – which wasn’t much. Ann accused Stephanie of being a horrible daughter, businesswoman, and wife.
Things went off the rails when Stephanie went back to the main house and told Eric what went down with her mom. As if fighting with her mom wasn’t enough, Eric tore into her too.
Go Get Him, Pam
It seemed Ann enjoyed egging on her daughter. She didn’t think Stephanie deserved her rich and famous life anyway. In fact, she tried to position Pam (Alley Mills) to catch Eric’s eye. She was wife material and Eric deserved a good woman.

Pam was not so certain. She suggested she and her mom go back to Chicago and get out of everyone’s way. However, Ann was determined to get her way and play puppet master with everyone’s lives.
Weddings and Affairs
Meanwhile, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) were planning quite a spectacle of a wedding. They were inviting the press for a fashion grand opening and plotting to surprise them with some vows. The paparazzi was always more interested in them than the clothes anyway, right?
The wedding planning kept them a little too occupied and they failed to notice Rick (then-Kyle Lowder) was still getting way too close to Phoebe. Ridge warned him to stay away but what fun would that be? He wanted to marry her, come hell or high water. Too bad Brooke finally caught on.
Love, Money, Or Family?
Meanwhile, Felicia weighed the pros and cons of packing up her baby and moving away with Dante. She is a woman in love but her life is in LA. She and Bridget discussed whether she should choose her career and family or the man of her dreams. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
