Brooke and Ridge have had many conflicts over the years. Most of them were related to his meddling mama Stephanie or other love interests. But the dramas that exist between them now are different — and, as a result, could change their fate.
The Bold and the Beautiful Polling
It’s one thing for Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) to take Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) back after he’s left her for Caroline (Joanna Johson), Taylor (Hunter Tylo) or Caroline (Linsey Godfrey), or someone else.
But, recently, it’s their children that have come between them. Brooke sees Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) as a threat to her daughter Hope (Annika Noelle). Ridge doesn’t. Is this going to be a deal-breaker between the two of them? It sure looks that way.
Should Brooke cut her losses and move on from Ridge for good this time? Soap Hub posed this question to BB fans. Read on for the results.
Take The “L” Out Of Lover
The majority of you, just under 70%, say, yes. It’s time for Brooke to cut her losses and move on. Her love for Ridge runs deep, but the love she feels for Hope is arguably stronger. It’s more than that. Brooke needs to protect Hope from Thomas. And as long as Ridge feels that Thomas is a changed man, they’re never going to see eye to eye on the situation.
Unforgettable
The rest of you, just over 30%, know that Ridge and Brooke are forever. She needs to hang in there and make the marriage work. It might be better for her to stay closer to Ridge to keep an eye on Thomas’s latest scheme anyway.
Brooke is nothing if not persistent. She should know that Ridge will eventually open his eyes to what’s going on with his son. Then, the work will have been worth it!
True BeLieF-ers
Whether Ridge and Brooke break up or not, fans know that they’re destined to be together. Ridge and Brooke have split many times over the decades and each time they’ve found their way back to one another. Shauna (Denise Richards), Thomas and Quinn (Rena Sofer) can scheme all they want, but true love will win out in the end. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS.
