Jacqueline MacInnes Wood as Steffy on The Bold and the Beautiful is continuing a proud legacy of strong women in the Forrester family.
The Bold and the Beautiful Polling
She juggles motherhood, work, and a love life — never making it look easy, but certainly do-able. She shines on-screen and won last year’s Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Leading Actress in a Drama Series.
Are fans not seeing enough of her on-screen or too much? Soap Hub posed this question to BB fans. Read on for the results!
Never Enough
Over 66% of you say yes, you want to see more of Steffy. BB has always had the potential to go to an hour in that fans want to see more of their favorites. Even if a character has a front-burner tale, they’d be seen more in a 60-minute soap.
Steffy’s shown at work with Sally (Courtney Hope), at home with daughter Kelly, and former husband Liam (Scott Clifton), but Steffy has many other relationships that could be explored with more screen-time. Steffy’s one of the few people whom Thomas can’t seem to fool for a minute. It’d be nice to see more scenes of Steffy and her dad, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), too.
Timing Is Everything
The rest of you, almost 34%, say that you’re seeing enough of Steffy as it is. The character is fairly front burner these days. She is back to sparring with Hope (Annika Noelle) over Liam. What would be nice is if Steffy’s mom, Taylor (Hunter Tylo), were to come back for either guest appearances or even something more full-time.
There’s lots of drama to be played out with these two. Taylor may feel remorse for being duped by Dr. Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady), who sold her Hope’s baby. Also, Steffy hasn’t gotten too involved in Ridge’s marital woes with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang).
Steffy likely has some strong opinions on both Brooke and Shauna (Denise Richards).Stay tuned to see what happens next for the brunette beauty. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
