Get To Know Romy Park

1. Park trained at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London. The prestigious drama school’s alumni include Hugh Bonneville, Minnie Driver, Rupert Evans, and Matthew Goode. She also has an Acting Shakespeare Certificate from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.

3. She’s got a connection to another daytime star. Park co-hosted Romy and Dan’s High School Reunion Podcast with Dan Feuerriegel (EJ, Days of our Lives). In the segments, Park and Feuerriegel interviewed people from all walks of life within the entertainment industry and beyond.

4. Park’s work experience is quite varied. She was a singer and dancer in a circus troupe, and she’s also worked as a fit model.

5. She has a somewhat unique talent. She’s a skilled hula hoop dancer, like seriously skilled. Check out her Instagram page (@romypark) to see clips of her in action.

6. In 2022, she became an ambassador for To the Point Nutrition. The organization’s mission is to provide certified nutrition education to dancers, including dance parents and dance educators. “As a professional actress and former fit model, I am too familiar with the body image pressures that accompany the entertainment industry. It is trumped only slightly by the dance world, and it was as a baby ballerina that I was first made aware that (one) can be judged on body size and shape rather than talent and ability. I hope to make a difference. I am also studying to become an eating disorder (and grief) therapist,” Park posted on Instagram.

7. Park also teamed with Broche Ballet in 2021 to help others “get the most from your ballet-inspired and barre based workouts by implementing classical ballet technique,” shared Park on Instagram. “I am a ballet lover and barre enthusiast and am proud to be part of both the barre-fitness and the ballet community.”
