The Bold and the Beautiful’s Flo Fulton took a blow to the head in the most recent original episode of the half-hour soaps. In real-life, her portrayer, Katrina Bowden, has suffered an injury, too. Well, sort of.
Katrina Bowden Keeping Busy
“I’m on my 3rd jigsaw puzzle since Sunday, my back really hurts from doing said puzzles (does this happen to anyone else?!? LOL),” Bowden said in an Instagram post. Putting puzzles together isn’t the only activity that’s keeping the actress busy.
She’s also checking out a podcast, switching up her diet, and coming up with an alternative plan in light of nail salons not being open right now.
“I have binge-listened to @crimejunkiepodcast and am almost through all of their episodes after less than a week,” the actress says. Crime Junkie is a true-crime podcast and is hosted by Ashley Flowers. The podcast’s co-host is Brit Prawat. The Indianapolis, Indiana-based podcast has released over 100 episodes!
“I [also] ate popcorn for lunch and just ordered press on nails from amazon. So that’s where I’m at….slowly spiraling….but I’m also kind of enjoying myself in the process?? Is this who I am meant to be? Idk, BUT I do know that I put on some real clothes today so…I guess that’s a small victory.”

While some performers post on social media and never engage in the comments section, Bowden actually takes the time to respond, making her audience feel listened to in the process.

Bowden replied: “thanks babe me too! Also it’s stretchy so it looks like I’m out together but it’s basically like I’m wearing sweats 🤪.”
