The Bold and the Beautiful hasn’t written an evil twin into the show for Flo Fulton yet, but after seeing the latest Instagram video by her portrayer, Katrina Bowden, the show may decide to do just that!
Katrina Bowden: The Comedy We All Need
Bowden, inspired by her pal Julie Nolke, an actor/writer/comedienne, created a fun extended video in which she was visited by her future self earlier in the year. Katrina from the future gives Katrina from January insight into what life is like today — wearing masks, conducting self-quarantining, and putting together puzzles!
“I’m not the first to visit my past self,” Bowden posted, “and I probably won’t be the last #january2020 #tomypastself @julienolke the original time travel idea☄️.”
“This is what I need to binge-watch,” posted @rmsvingtdeux. “Please make more episodes!”

Bowden is, of course, no stranger to comedy. She appeared for years on the NBC sitcom 30 Rock, which starred Tina Fey as Liz Lemon, a head writer of a comedy series titled TGS with Tracy Jordan (Tracy Morgan).
Bowden proved she could handle the rigors of daytime when she joined BB last year as Flo, a pal of Dr. Reese Buckingham’s (Wayne Brady), from Las Vegas. Reese urged Flo to go along with his lie that she was the single mother of a newborn daughter that she wanted to give up for birth.
Thanks to Shauna (Denise Richards), Flo’s mom, she didn’t go to jail. Flo made inroads with the Logans — her new family courtesy of the news that the late Storm (William deVry) had fathered her — by donating a kidney to Katie (Heather Tom).
When BB left off, Flo had been clubbed over the head by Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz). Viewers will have to wait a bit to find out her fate! But you won’t have to wait to see Bowden’s comedy gold in the Instagram video below. The Bold and the Beautiful airs classic episodes weekdays. Check local listings for air times.
