Katrina Bowden hasn’t let the coronavirus keep her from working out! The Bold and the Beautiful star has posted a new Instagram video of her and her dog dancing to the song Devo song Whip It!
Katrina Bowden: Cardio Fun
Bowden uses a Skip It to get her cardio in, but her dog, Puffin, wants in on the action too and is trying to grab the ball. Fortunately, the pup’s playfulness doesn’t interfere with Bowden’s working out.
In a video Bowden posted last week talking to her future self, she “learned” she’d be using her Skip It a lot soon, as well as more Clorox wipes than she ever imagined.

The actress joined BB a year ago and ended up doing some fast-moving herself as her character, Flo Fulton, tried to keep secret the true paternity of baby Phoebe, who was in reality, baby Beth, Liam (Scott Clifton) and Hope’s (Annika Noelle) baby.
In the most recent BB episode, Penny conked Flo on the head when she learned that Sally wasn’t really dying. She and Sally were dragging her unconscious body out of the living room when Wyatt was approaching the house. He walked in and saw…something, but we don’t yet know what it is he saw. Could Sally and Penny be busted? Viewers will have to wait till BB returns with original programming to find out.
In the meantime, viewers are being treated to classic BB episodes featuring the show’s greatest moments including weddings, fashion shows, and remotes. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
