Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Stays Positive
“Let’s put some health tips in the comment section below!” MacInnes posted on her Instagram account. “What are some of yours? What do you do!?”
The Emmy-winning actress got the ball rolling by offering one tip of her own: “Here’s one.. 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes spent looking at a screen, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. This should reduce eye strain caused by looking at digital screens for too long. 🦋.”
In the comments section, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s followers suggested some ideas. “[R]ecently I have gone on 30 minute walks and cut sugary drinks 6 days a week,” posted @daniel.reyes.92317.
Another follower, @delwynmenati, wrote: “I listen to asmr [autonomous sensory meridian response] and massage my face with my jade roller, everyone should own one🌸.”
Before embarking on any fitness regime or utilizing health tips, it’s best to consult with your doctor.
Wood joined BB back in 2008 and has played the role of Steffy ever since with the exception of taking a year off in 2014. The daughter of Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor (Hunter Tylo), Steffy has been in many love triangles over the years, but her true love appears to be Liam (Scott Clifton).
The two were on their way to a reconciliation last year when Liam learned that his and Hope’s (Annika Noelle) daughter Beth hadn’t died on Catalina Island shortly after birth, but was, in reality, kidnapped by Dr. Reese Buckingham. The baby was sold to Taylor so that Steffy could adopt her and give her daughter, Kelly, a sibling. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
