“Happy Workout Wednesday everybody!” The Bold and the Beautiful star Don Diamont posted yesterday. “Got in a hard hour of cardio this morning. Finished up with 3 rounds on the heavy bag before heading off to @boldandbeautifulcbs. So important during this unprecedented time in our lives, and the challenges associated with it, to do your individual best to take care of mind, body and spirit.”

Don Diamont Has A Plan

Yes, Diamont seemed primed for a productive and positive day and his message is inspiring.

“There are great meditation apps, online at home workouts etc.,” the actor continued. “At the very least get outside and take a good 20-minute walk. In your house, or out of your house do something for some stress relief. Doing a little something is better than doing a lot of nothing! Sending my very best to everybody out there for your health and well-being! 🙌🏼🙏🏻❤️ And shout out to @lucadiamont @dukefootball REPRESENT!!!💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼.”

Diamont first came to the attention of soap fans after he was cast as Carlo Forenza on Days of our Lives in 1984. Carlo had a fling with Liz Curtis (Gloria Loring), but then he died unexpectedly.

Diamont wasn’t out of work for long. He was quickly scooped up by The Young and the Restless to play Brad Carlton, the Abbotts’ gardener. Brad wed Abbott heiress Traci (Beth Maitland), but alas, their union didn’t last.

Brad and Traci were together long enough for them to bring daughter Colleen (Lyndsy Fonseca) into the world. Sadly, both Brad and Colleen drowned (in separate incidents). After Diamont left YR in 2009, he joined the cast of BB as Bill Spencer Jr., the son of the character, Bill Spencer Sr., played by original cast member James Storm.

Bill’s devoted to Katie (Heather Tom)…well, except when Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) feels particularly vulnerable. It remains to be seen if Katie can learn to live with Bill’s feelings for Brooke, but Bill has some other things to worry about right now. He accidentally struck Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) with his car when she was riding her motorcycle. Stay tuned to see what happens next! The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
