The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Tuesday, June 23, 2020, continues Emmy-winners week with a storyline featuring the Avant family. It’s a rewind to June 22, 2017, when Zende stepped up and put his father-in-law in his place.
The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers Highlights
Nicole (Reign Edwards) is happily married, just gave birth to little Lizzy for her sister, and is questioning what’s next in her life. In fact, she’s also questioning whether or not she should sign the adoption papers and give up the baby. Sure, she was a surrogate but Julius (Obba Babatundé) pushes his daughter to keep the bundle of joy.
Why would he do such a thing? Well, Maya’s (Karla Mosley) transition, of course. He still can’t get used to Myron becoming Maya and he certainly does not thinks she should be raising a baby. His closed-minded attitude gets on everyone’s nerves, most of all Zende’s.
Zende’s Temper Explodes
The young man steps in and steps up. Zende (Rome Flynn) has a talk with his wife to have her make things right and then go straight after Julius. Zende becomes a powerhouse in these scenes as he goes on the attack to tear down Julian’s bigotry.

Zende will rip into Julius like never before. He’s never been a big fan of the family patriarch so when he reaches this breaking point he’ll put his foot down and have his say.
Don’t expect Julius to just sit there and take the onslaught, though. Julius is a strong-willed man and has a few choice words for Zende too. It’ll be quite the battle and only one of these men can come out on top.
A Matter Of Human Rights
Will Julius hear Zende’s seething words and realize the error of his ways? Everyone hopes so. Maya went thought a lot to become who she is, and Nicole sacrificed her body and time to provide her sister with a family. If they can accept Maya for Maya, why can’t Julius, too? The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
