The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Monday, October 1 promise more courtroom drama for Katie and Bill.
One Last Shot
The case is winding down but that doesn’t mean emotions aren’t still running high. Katie (Heather Tom) and Bill (Don Diamont) know in just a few hours that Will’s custody will be decided and there won’t be anything they can do but follow a judge’s orders.
It’s all up to the closing arguments and which lawyer can make the biggest impact. Each side makes a final plea, as do the parents. All Katie wants is stability for her son and assures the courts this isn’t about taking Will away from Bill.
Of course, Bill doesn’t see it that way. To him, this custody case is all about alienation and manipulation.
He knows his track record isn’t exactly stellar but he’s ready to make a change in his life and become the best father he can be. All he wants is another chance to make things right and keep them right this time.
