The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for December 17-21 reveal some big changes coming to the L.A. crowd. A divorce, an ultimatum, and a stalker nearly put a damper on the holiday festivities.
Home, Alone!
The good news is, Maya’s (Karla Mosley) coming back. The bad news is she’ll be traveling solo. She and Rick are over. It seems there was an off-screen marital collapse, and they’re calling it quits.
What does this mean for their daughter? Lizzy will be living in L.A. with Maya with the full support of the entire Forrester family. The fallout hits everyone hard, but they come together to support the little girl and her mother.
The divorce also brings Julius (Obba Babatundé) and Vivianne (Anna Maria Horsford) back on the scene. The Avants rally to see their daughter through this hard time and be there for her granddaughter.

Unfortunately, this isn’t great for Zoe and Xander. Maya’s homecoming may have their romance coming to a screeching halt. The former top model doesn’t appreciate Zoe being part of the company or Xander’s life.
Hope Breaks
Brooke’s rants seem to strike a nerve with Hope. The more time Liam (Scott Clifton) spends at the cliff house, the more jealous and nervous she becomes. She begins to feel neglected and dejected, so she puts her foot down.
It’s time for Liam to make a choice. He can spend his days with his ex or at home with his wife. She won’t put up with his back and forth anymore.
Poor Liam will be blindsided by the over-the-top ultimatum. But, a happy wife equals a happy life, so he’ll do what it takes to make Hope feel loved.
