The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers (BB) for Wednesday, August 15 reveal a day of scheming from Bill as he sets his sights on someone new.
From Dollar Bill to Daddy Bill?
Back when Liam (Scott Clifton) confronted him, Bill admitted he wished he had been there for his sons while growing up.
Liam came back saying that Bill inspired him to be a better father to his children than Bill ever was to him.
But now, Bill may have a second chance at being a father after sparring with Katie (Heather Tom) over Will.
Promising to turn over a new leaf, Bill becomes a part of Will’s life. But, since this is Dollar Bill we’re talking about, expect him to interfere more in Katie’s love life… and Thorne isn’t pleased as he butts heads with the Spencer mogul.
The Wedding Guest List Gets Longer
As the wedding between Liam and Hope (Annika Noelle) gets closer, things get more dramatic for the star-crossed couple.
Now that Liam has re-proposed with a new ring, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) is flooring the proverbial gas pedal to make sure her daughter walks down the aisle with the man of her dreams.

This means that Brooke doesn’t want either Steffy or her plus-one to attend her daughter’s wedding.
Steffy’s plus-one is none other than her mother. Expect Taylor and Brooke to go at each other, vying for Liam to be with their respective daughters.
Thankfully, Steffy has her job at Forrester Creations to keep her sane, but given Los Angeles’ propensity for drama, the bottom is sure to fall out from that soon, too.
