The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, February 21 features big changes for the Spencer men. Bill is back taking center stage and it feels like we’ve gone back in time.
A Fresh Start?
Katie (Heater Tom) loves Bill, Bill (Don Diamont) loves Katie, but will they ever get back together? Donna (Jennifer Gareis) and Justin (Aaron D. Spears) worked their magic to come up with a plan to make that happen. Justin will take on Bill, Donna will deal with her sister and push hard for a reunion.
But first, they spent a few moments flirting with each other. It’s been years and years since their romance but sparks were flying! Maybe, just maybe, this mission will bring Donna and Justin back together too!
Thankfully, it looks like their task won’t be too difficult. Bill already has one foot in the door. A visit with Katie and Will had brought those old feelings to the surface.
A Second Chance
Over at the beach house, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and Sally (Courtney Hope) agreed he’d go back to Spencer on one condition- she gets Spectra back. It was quite the demand but Wyatt was up to making it happen.
He headed right over to his dad and pleaded his case. Bill was taken aback by the offer but he didn’t say no.

The Right Move
The mood at the cabin was rather sullen as Hope (Annika Noelle) took stock of her marriage. She all but forced Liam (Scott Clifton) to go to Steffy’s “to help with the girls.” She claimed the littles ones needed him much more than she did.
Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) was horrified when she realized Hope put her plan into action. To make matters worse, Hope made the shocking admission it’s become too hard to be around Liam.
Steffy was shocked when Liam arrived but welcomed the extra set of hands. To her credit, she tried to send him back to Hope and was stunned to find out she was the reason he came at all.
