Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) made serious gains in his life while his dad was away. He made amends (whether or not he really meant them is another story), got back in the family’s good graces, and even got his job back. What will Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) think of all this, though? Will Daddy approve?

One thing is for sure, Ridge needs to have a serious discussion with his son. A sit-down, man-to-man talk about Thomas’s roles, responsibilities, and expectations. If Ridge is going to allow him to stick around at the office, it’s not going to be without some rules in place.
