Dollar Bill (Don Diamont) claims to be a man in love but Katie isn’t buying it. Katie (Heather Tom) simply can not comprehend how he goes from proposing to her and her sister to bunking down with the likes of Sheila Carter. How did this happen? What does the She-Devil even have to offer?

Is there anything Katie can say to change his mind? Sure, if she went back to him, maybe. What Bill wants most is love and family. However, Katie has made it clear she’s not down for that life with him anymore. In fact, it wasn’t too long ago she made it clear she’s already moved on. She found someone, so why shouldn’t Bill?
Okay, sure, being with Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) doesn’t seem like a good idea from the outside, but he truly believes he found his right match. Sheila would never come down on him for his own dirty deeds. She doesn’t just put up with his sword necklace-wearing ways — she encourages it! He’s back to the dark side and intends on staying there.
B&B Spoilers: Liam Gets The Gossip
Meanwhile, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) lets her ex know what his dad is really up to. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is in for a shock to hear his dad has taken a dangerous lover. Oh, and not only that, but they are blackmailing everyone they can to keep Sheila free.
