B&B spoilers tease that the chances for a custody battle for Douglas Forrester are starting to pick up steam. The story is not only going to impact the lives of his parents but also his grandparents, Ridge Forrester and Brooke Logan Forrester.
B&B Spoilers Speculation
Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) are in the process of putting their damaged marriage back together. He’s had concerns about Brooke’s connection to her ex-flame Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), while Brooke is keenly aware that Ridge has a tie to his ex-wife Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen). Will Ridge and Brooke’s romance survive this custody battle? Soap Hub posed this question, and B&B viewers have weighed in with their prediction.
A Bridge Too Far
The majority of you, 45%, speculate that Ridge and Brooke aren’t going to survive this particular hurdle. It’d make sense for Ridge to support his son Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), who wants to spend more time with his son Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri).
Conversely, Brooke wants her daughter Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) to continue to be her adoptive son’s primary caretaker. Brooke and Ridge might each put their own child’s happiness before their feelings for one another. Ironically, the late Stephanie Douglas Forrester’s (Susan Flannery) namesake could cause the final collapse of ‘Bridge.’

B&B Spoilers: Unforgettable
Many of you, 40%, predict that, sure, the battle for Douglas may tear apart Brooke and Ridge, but it won’t be forever. They’ve been torn apart time and time again, and they always manage to find their way back to one another. Ridge and Brooke love their children and their mutual grandson. But they’re not going to let the problems of others — even beloved family members — keep them separated for very long.
Sorry, Taylor Hayes
The rest of you, 15%, aren’t worried at all that Douglas’s parents going to court and fighting each other for custody of the little guy (if it comes to that) is going to tear Brooke and Ridge apart. They speculate that she’s known since before they ever met that they were destined to be together. Ridge’s first meeting with Brooke was electric. We saw the chemistry in that moment. Nothing’s going to keep them apart. It’s a no-brainer.
