Who’s coming and who’s going from the casts of The Bold and the Beautiful (BB), Days of our Lives (Days), General Hospital (GH), and The Young and the Restless (YR)?

Soap Opera Casting For The Week of April 26, 2021

Here’s a list of the top exit and entrance news from all four daytime dramas. Find out if any of your favorite performers from yesteryear are returning to the shows you follow, or if any new actors or actresses have been cast in contract, recurring, or day-player roles.

The Bold and the Beautiful

The Bold and the Beautiful is set to lose a leading lady. Kiara Barnes, who’s played Forrester model Zoe Buckingham since 2018, has landed a lead in the Fox primetime series Fantasy Island, a reboot of the 1978-1984 drama. Hence, she’ll soon be wrapping up her run on the soap.

The Young and the Restless

Over at The Young and the Restless, Karla Mosley (ex-Maya Avant Forrester, BB) debuts as Amanda Sinclair on Tuesday, April 27. The actress is temporarily stepping in to replace Mishael Morgan, who is recovering from emergency eye surgery.

Leigh-Ann Rose returns to YR as Imani Benedict, Amanda’s half-sister, on Friday, April 30.

Days of our Lives

On the Days of our Lives front, Victoria Konefal and Cameron Johnson are set to exit as Ciara Brady and Theo Carver, respectively on Wednesday, April 28, when the characters depart for South Africa. However, “Cin” fans shouldn’t be that upset. Word is Konefal is already back on set taping scenes.

Michael Lowry returns for more scenes as Dr. Snyder, this week. He’ll interact with Lucas Adams’ Tripp.

General Hospital

A big return, albeit a short one, is rumored to be happening at General Hospital. It looks like Kimberly McCullough will be popping in for another visit as Robert (Tristan Rogers) and Anna’s (Finola Hughes) daughter, Dr. Robin Scorpio Drake. Her appearance will likely be connected to the show’s upcoming special tribute to the late John Reilly, who portrayed Sean Donely.

Please note that air dates may be subject to change.
