Flo kept secret for several months that Hope’s baby Beth was alive, living as Phoebe, on The Bold and the Beautiful. Now that the truth is out the relationship between the two women will never be the same!
Joy wasn’t the only emotion Hope felt upon learning her daughter hadn’t died. Once the euphoria set in, Hope realized that many people conspired to keep the truth from her. Should Hope forgive Flo (and the other guilty parties)? Soap Hub posed this question to BB fans. Read on for the results!
No Hope For The Future
The majority of you, just over 78%, say, no, Hope should not forgive Flo. We’re not talking about Flo being late for dinner or trying to get a job from Hope that she had her eye on. Flo messed with Flo’s child.
Sure, Hope got to hold little Phoebe soon after she was born, but Hope was robbed of the once-in-a-lifetime moments she’d experience as a mother with a newborn. It’s going to be a long time — if ever — before Hope can bring herself to be comfortable around her cousin.
Be The Bigger Person
The rest of you, almost 22%, believe that Hope should forgive Flo. She didn’t orchestrate the kidnapping of little Beth. Flo was an accessory after the fact! This is all Reese’s (Wayne Brady) fault. Flo did her best to come clean and ultimately would have broken the news if Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) hadn’t beaten her to the punch!
Give It Time
In time, Hope probably will forgive Flo. Look at the litany of crimes other characters on the show have committed! Hope and Liam (Scott Clifton) usually invite Quinn (Rena Sofer) to family gatherings and she has kidnapped, committed assault, and done other things to meddle in their lives.
Flo’s sin was more of a sin of omission. Will Flo be forgiven? Stay tuned to find out! The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for airtimes.
