The Bold and the Beautiful recaps for May 23 – May 27, 2022, prove that the rumors of John “Finn” Finnegan’s death were completely exaggerated.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recaps: Monday, May 23
Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) invites Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) to the cliff house; she and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) gently explain that it was Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) who shot and killed Finn (Tanner Novlan).
Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) relays Sheila’s machinations to an aghast Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). He bolsters Hope when she expresses unease over Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) offering Steffy his shoulder to cry on.
When Steffy broaches planning a memorial service for Finn, a squirrelly Li beats a hasty retreat. Later, she is seen tending to a comatose Finn!
Bold and Beautiful Recaps: Tuesday, May 24
Taylor and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) discuss Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) inaction in light of discovering that Sheila sabotaged Brooke Logan Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) sobriety; they agree to keep the revelation to themselves and deal with it internally.
Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) delivers Finn’s personal effects to Steffy. She breaks down while pouring over them… Li recalls how Finn was rushed to the hospital where she was toiling and how his doctors gave up hoping he’d emerge from his unconscious state. She resolves to nurse her son back to health.

Brooke expresses her misgivings over Liam spending so much time alone with Steffy to an unbothered Hope; Brooke warns that Taylor and Steffy are opportunistic… Steffy begs for another face-to-face with Li, but her efforts to plan a memorial for Finn and her plea to be allowed to see “his” ashes are rebuffed. Alone with Finn, Li fumes at having spied Liam and Steffy embracing.
B&B Recaps: Friday, May 27
Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) isn’t best pleased to catch Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) daydreaming about Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor)… Brooke visits Eric Forrester (John McCook) in the hopes that she can convince him to play intermediary between her and Ridge. Taylor arrives and blasts her rival; Brooke makes her intentions plain – she’s getting her husband back!
Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) corners Carter and informs him that he’ll be taking the high road in response to Carter and Paris’s involvement. Carter tells Zende that he won’t be seeing Paris anymore but swears it’s not because he’s seeing another woman… Paris interrupts a private convo between Carter and Quinn Fuller Forrester (Rena Sofer) and delights in needling the pair.
