Electra Hypes Up Zende While Forrester Faces Financial Pressure
Zende (Delon de Metz) was working in the design room as Electra (Laneya Grace) walked in. She admitted that she was hyped and nervous about this collection.
When Zende reminded him that the collection belonged to her, Electra shut him down. She insisted that it belonged to her, then to R.J. (Brayan Nicoletti), and then to Zende.
Electra tried her best to sing Zende’s praises, but they felt short. He’s quietly felt like he’s been pushed aside for raw talent at Forrester.
Across the hall, reality set in as Eric (John McCook) reminded Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) that Forrester just had its worst quarter in years. Eric stressed the need to fast-track the new line. Ridge insisted that focusing on Electra’s line was their best path forward. He felt good about where things were headed.
Ridge and Eric Question Dylan’s Relationship With Will
Dylan stopped by the CEO’s office to drop off a sample. But Eric didn’t waste any time asking her about her dating life.
Dylan confirmed that she was dating Will (Crew Morow). Eric made it clear that he disapproved, reminding her that Will punched him out.
Dylan defended Will as a good guy, but Eric remained unconvinced. Ridge clarified that while they weren’t forbidding her from seeing him, they didn’t want her to get hurt. Ridge admitted that they don’t trust Will. Nor do they trust Katie (Heather Tom), who is now a direct threat to Forrester.
Electra Ovehears Dylan’s Betrayal and Blows the Whistle
Dylan headed over to the design room to check in with Zende. She asked him how he was doing, but then changed her tune. But really, she wanted to know about his meeting at Logan. He confided in her about how painful it was when Hope (Annika Noelle) took Hope for the Future away from him.
Though he admitted Hope’s apology and accountability felt like a step in the right direction. Zende opened up about the meeting at Logan. He thanked Dylan for pushing him to make a decision. Unbeknownst to them, Electra overheard the entire conversation.
She was outraged by Dylan’s latest betrayal. Finally having a reason to fire her, Electra immediately headed to Ridge and Eric to blow the whistle on Dylan.
